IBF Virtual Annual Meeting

Due to concerns of COVID-19 we cancelled the Indiana Barn Foundation annual meeting that was being planned for this month. We will hold a virtual annual meeting with brief reports and election of board members.You can read the president's annual report here.

Zoom Tips and Instructions

• When you click the meeting link above on your computer or smartphone, your internet browser will open and you will be prompted to download and run the Zoom program/app. Follow the instructions as prompted and the meeting will open automatically. If Zoom does not join the meeting automatically, come back to this email and click the meeting link.

• If you prefer not to download the Zoom program/app, you may still join the call with video through your internet browser on a desktop computer: Click the meeting link above and when the browser window opens, look for the option “continue in browser.”
  
  
• Once you’ve joined the meeting on your computer or smartphone app look for settings to mute and unmute your audio. It’s best to keep your audio muted when not speaking to reduce overall noise and feedback during the call.
  
  
• In case of internet difficulties, or if you prefer to dial in through a traditional phone or cell phone line, you may join the call as you would a traditional conference call: Dial the number above and enter the meeting ID when prompted. You may use *6 to mute or unmute yourself during the meeting to decrease audio feedback.
